We’re halfway through the year, and it’s time to reconnect and recommit to our wellbeing goals. In this class, led by KK Swanson, a Center group exercise instructor at the Crosby Wellness Center at the Center for Health & Wellbeing, learn ways to get back on track and stay motivated to finish the second half of the working toward your personal health goals.
