Caught in a rut during your lunch break? With just a little bit of planning and some inspiration, you’ll soon be packing lunches that are better for your body and your wallet. In this class, led by KK Swanson, a group exercise instructor at the Crosby Wellness Center at the Center for Health & Wellbeing and a nutrition consultant, you will learn healthy lunch recipes, plus find ways to make meal prep time more enjoyable!
Bring your notepad and writing utensil because she’ll be sharing tons of great ideas you won’t want to forget!
