Program Description

Event Details

An intrinsic part of daily life is losing — whether it be the loss of our temper, our car keys, our children’s attention, our job or the heartbreaking loss of our cherished partner, parent or friend. Losing is not the end of the story. It is possible to make a deliberate choice, eventually, to look for findings, new insights, new and/or deeper relationships.

Bereavement counselor and author Annie Hisle will explore how “losing and finding” are partners in the dance of life. Stories, quotes, and wisdom teachings will be shared, and time for questions and discussion will be provided.

Annie Hisle is a practicing psychotherapist and bereavement counselor and is a retired Montgomery Hospice grief counselor group facilitator.
